KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame

150ml

Chicken Noodle

400g

Green Mustard

4 sticks, cut

Champignon Mushroom

100g, thinly slice

Spring Onion

1 stick, thinly slice

Chicken Thigh Fillet

300g, cut small dice

Chicken Oil

Broth

Salty Soy Sauce

sufficient

Grinded Spices:

 

Red Onion

5 pieces

Garlic

3 pieces

Topping:

 

Boiled Dumpling

 

Meatball

 

Sambal Sauce

 

Cayenne Pepper

 

How to Make

  1. Saute ground spice until fragrant, add chicken, cook until colors changed, add mushroom, cook until done, add KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame, cook until thickened, remove.
  2. Boil noodle and green mustard until cooked, remove.
  3. Mix salty soy sauce and chicken oil in the bowl, add noodle, stir well.
  4. Add sauteed chicken and green mustard on top of it.
  5. Serve noodle with topping.
