Spinach

Enoki Mushroom

1 bunch, remove the roots

Silk Tofu

100 g, diced

Sliced Beef

100 g

Garlic

2 cloves, chop

Onion

¼ piece, chop

Water

KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame

100 ml

How to Make

  1. Boil water until it’s boiling, add spinach. Boil for a while until it’s wilthed, remove, drain the water. Repeat the same step for enoki mushroom.
  2. Heat oil in the frying pan, saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Add sliced beef and mushroom, cook it thoroughly.
  3. Add spinach, tofu, and KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame, stir well and cook until fragrant. Remove, sprinkle with fried onion according to taste, serve.
