How to Make

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into about 1 cm thickness and wash them, then drain the water. Place in a heatproof dish, cover with plastic wrap while wet and heat in the microwave for 7 minutes at 500 W.
  2. Thinly slice the onion, cut the sausages. Prepare a bowl, add heavy cream, Japanese curry powder, and KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL, mix well.
  3. Put the potatoes, onion, and sausages into a heatproof dish, pour the mayonnaise mixture evenly distributed. Bake in a toaster/oven for 10 minutes or until golden, remove from heat. Sprinkle with parsley, serve.
