Ciabatta Bread

Carrot

1/4 piece, cut thinly

Cucumber

¼ piece, slice thinly

Parsley

Chicken Breast Fillet

KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL

How to Make

  1. Marinate chicken breast with KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame for 20 minutes or until absorbed into the meat. Heat a frying pan, bake until fully cooked. Lift, shred.
  2. Cut the middle part of the ciabatta bread and spread the inside part with 1 tbsp of KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL.
  3. Put boiled egg in a bowl, mash with a fork and mix with 2 tbsp of KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL, mix well.
  4. Arrange in order inside the ciabatta bread: carrots, cucumber, chicken, egg mixture, and finally sprinkle with parsley.
