Okonomiyaki Flour

100 g

Thinly Sliced Beef

6 slices

Egg

2 pieces

Scallion

2 sticks, slice

Cabbage

300 g, thinly slice

Water

sufficient
Tomato Sauce

3 tbsp

Oyster Sauce

1 tbsp

Sweet Soy Sauce

1 tbsp

Nori Powder sufficient
KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL sufficient 

How to Make

  1. Prepare a container, add water and okonomiyaki flour, mix well.
  2. Add the sliced cabbage, scallion and egg, mix well.
  3. Heat a frying pan, apply a little bit oil, pour half of the mixture evenly until it has a thickness of approximately 2 cm, bake for 3 minutes.
  4. Add beef slices, flip, cover the pan and let sit for 4 minutes on low heat. After that, flip the okonomiyaki and bake for another 3 minutes, remove from heat.
  5. Sauce: mix together the tomato sauce, oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce in a bowl.
  6. Prepare a plate, put the cooked okomiyaki, add the sauce and garnish with KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL on top. Add nori powder, ready to serve.
