Perilla leaf

Soft-boiled Egg

Tobiko

1 tsp

Chili Sauce

Smoked Chicken Slice

KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL

5 tbsp

How to Make

  1. Boil udon noodle until cooked, remove and drain.
  2. Slice thinly perilla leaf.
  3. Mentai mayo sauce: mix tobiko, chili sauce, and KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL.
  4. Prepare a serving plate, put in udon and mentai mayo sauce, mix evenly. Lastly, add soft-boiled egg and sliced perilla leaf. Serve.
