Ingredients

Penne Pasta	100 g
Chicken Fillet	2 pieces
Salad Mix	sufficient
Cherry Tomato	4 pieces
Chili Sauce	4 tbsp
Tobiko	2 tsp
KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL	8 tbsp
KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame	150 ml

Marinate chicken with KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame for about 20 minutes or until absorbed, bake in a non-stick frying pan until cooked, remove from heat.
Boil pasta until cooked, remove and set aside.
Mentai sauce: stir and mix well KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL, chili sauce and tobiko. Divide into two parts.
Mix half of the mayonnaise with the pasta, stir well.
Prepare serving plate, arrange pasta and salad mix, add chicken, put mentai sauce on top.
