KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL

Chili Sauce

Teriyaki Sauce

Honey

1 tbsp

Champignon Mushroom

3 pieces, thinly slice

Beef Slice

100 g

Onion

¼ piece, thinly slice

Rice

200 g

Egg

1 piece

Pepper

sufficient

Nori

suffiicient

How to Make

  1. Sauce for beef: Mix and stir thoroughly KEWPIE Salad Dressing Soy Sauce, teriyaki sauce and honey. Beat eggs add with pepper.
  2. Saute the beef slices until they change color, add onion, mushroom slice and the sauce mixture, stir well, reduce the heat, drizzle all parts of the meat with beaten egg, cover the pan with lid until the egg is cooked.
  3. Mentai Sauce: Mix the KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL, chili sauce and tobiko
  4. Prepare the rice in a serving plate, add the stir-fried beef on top, add mentai sauce, torch, put nori on top. Serve.
