Ingredients

Egg
Egg 2
KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL 4 tbsp
Rice
White Rice 400g
Peeled Small Shrimp 50g
Sweet Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
Meatball 4, each cut in half then slice
Leek 1, finely sliced
Ground Spice
Shallot 3 cloves
Garlic 3 cloves
Salt sufficent
KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL 1 tbsp, for frying

How to Make

  1. Prepare cracked eggs in a bowl, put KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL, beat. Make an omelet in a non-stick fry pan, set aside.
  2. Heat separate pan, put KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL.
  3. Stir-fry spices until smells aromatic. Put in shrimp, stir-fry until it changes color, then add the meatballs. Stir well.
  4. Add rice, soy sauce, garlics and onions. Stir until cooked
  5. Take omelet, fill with rice and fold.
