Shitake Mushroom

How to Make

  1. Cut into two the ready-to-use tofu skin or inari sushi skin, set aside.
  2. Thinly slice the carrot and shitake mushroom, then blanch until cooked. Remove from heat, drain.
  3. Mix and stir well the rice, carrots, mushrooms, smoked salmon and kyuri, add KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL.
  4. Put the mixed rice into the tofu skin, sprinkle with black sesame. Serve
