    The fish and the sauce can be cooked together if preferred.

Ingredients

Gurame Fish  1 (500g), clean
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp. 
Salt and Pepper sufficient 
Frying Oil sufficient, for frying and sautéing
Sauce
Pineapple Chunks 200g
Onion ½, thinly sliced 
Garlic 2 cloves, bruised
Red Capsicum  ½, diced
Yellow Capsicum ½, diced
Chicken Stock  100 ml
Green Onion 1, diagonally sliced
Salt and Pepper sufficient 
KEWPIE Salad Dressing Spicy Tomato 50 ml

How to Make

  1. Smear fish with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Sit for 15 minutes. Fry fish in hot oil until brown and cooked through. Remove, drain the oil.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic until aromatic. Add KEWPIE Salad Dressing Spicy Tomato and chicken stock stir until thickened.
  3. Add pineapple, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, salt and pepper. Stir and cook until done.
  4. Prepare fish on plate, drizzle with the sauce. Serve with warm rice.
