    KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL softens the texture of the omelette and makes it take longer to dry out, as well as improving the omelette’s flavour. 

Ingredients

Egg 5
Onion ¼, finely chopped
Garlic 2 cloves, finely chopped
Brocolli 100g, small florets
Carrot 1, cut into matchsticks
Canned Mushroom 5, thinly sliced
Smoked Beef  4 slices, diced
Salt and Pepper sufficient
KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL sufficient

How to Make

  1. Heat KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL in a frying pan over a low heat, sauté onion and garlic until aromatic. Add smoked beef and mushrooms, cook until done. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Beat eggs, add KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL, sauté mixture and other vegetables. Add salt and pepper, mix well.
  3. Heat non-stick frying pan, add omelet mixture. Cook until done on both sides, remove from heat and serve.
