KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame is very tasty for any variety of chicken dishes

Ingredients

Chicken Thighs	2
Salt	sufficient
KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame	sufficient
Sauce
Onion	⅛
Cucumber	¼
Red Pepper	10g
Egg	1
KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame	sufficient

Sauce: chop all vegetables small dice, mix with eggs in a bowl and stir well.
Heat a frying pan, cook the egg mixture until slightly congested, then remove.
While hot, mix it with KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame and stir until egg turns into scramble.
Chicken: marinate chicken with KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame and salt for 1 hour.
After it's permeated well, heat a frying pan and then stir-fry the chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Cut chicken, arrange on a plate, put the sauce ingredients on it. You can add more KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame if you like.
