    Marinate chicken first, and then store in the freezer. Before use, thaw by store it in the chiller for approximately 8 hours. By that, cook time becomes shorter.

Ingredients

Chicken Breast Fillet

200 g

Potato

1 piece, cut into two, thinly slice

Green Onion

1 stalk, thinly slice

Garlic

2 cloves, chopped

Onion

¼ piece, chopped

Salt and Pepper

KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame

200 ml

How to Make

  1. Marinated Chicken: prepare chicken, marinate it with 150 ml of KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame for approximately 20 minutes, remove.
  2. Boil water until it’s, put potato in it. Cook until soft, remove, drain the water.
  3. Heat cooking oil, saute garlic, and onion until fragrant. Add chicken fillet, cook it thoroughly. Add potato and KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame. Stir well. Lastly, add green onion, cook for a while. Remove, serve.

Marinated chicken can be made in large quantities and stored in the fridge, to be reprocessed into a variety of menus.

Steps:

  • Prepare boneless chicken breast/thighs, put them in a food storage plastic. Add KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame.

  • Squeeze the chicken meat until the dressing is evenly distributed. Flatten the meat until the air comes out, cover with plastic and store in the freezer.

  • Do not reuse plastic storage bags that have been used
  • When ready to cook, defrost the chicken by moving the chicken from the freezer into the refrigerator for about 8 hours
  • Cook and consume the thawed chicken on the same day
