Ingredients

 

Small Peeled Shrimp

200 g

All-Purpose Flour

4 tbsp

Water

4 tbsp

Grated/Powdered Cheese

1 tbsp

Breadcrumbs

80 g

Honey

2 tsp

Salt

to taste

Black Pepper

to taste

Cooking Oil

sufficient

How to Make

  1. Clean the shrimp. If present, remove the vein along the back, then rinse thoroughly. Pat dry with paper towels. Season with a little salt and black pepper, and mix well.
  2. Combine the all-purpose flour and water until it forms a batter. In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the powdered cheese. Dip the shrimp into the batter, then roll them in the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
  3. Heat the cooking oil and fry the shrimp until cooked through. Remove and drain.
  4. Transfer to a serving plate. Mix KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL and honey until well combined. Serve as a dipping sauce.
