How to Make

  1. Boil the eggs until fully cooked, then remove, peel, and cut into small dice. Soak the frozen peas in water until soft, then drain.
  2. Peel the carrots and potatoes, wash thoroughly, and cut into small dice. Boil the carrots and potatoes separately in boiling water with a pinch of salt until tender. Remove and drain. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  3. Peel the apple and onion, then cut into small dice. Slice the pickled cucumber into small pieces.
  4. Combine all the chopped ingredients, then add the peas.
  5. Add KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and serve.
