Spaghetti

Bunashimeji Mushroom

100 g

Nori

sufficient, slice thinly

Tobiko

1 tbsp

Chili Sauce

2 tbsp

Onion

2 tbsp

Garlic

1 clove

Butter

1 tbsp

KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL

5 tbsp

How to Make

  1. Boil spaghetti in boiled water that mixed with salt, add mushroom 1 minute before removing. 
  2. Heat butter, saute onion and garlic until fragrant, add spaghetti and mushroom, stir well.
  3. Mentai mayo sauce: mix well tobiko, chili sauce, and KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL.
  4. Prepare plate, add spaghetti and mushroom, mix with mentai mayo sauce. Add nori, serve.
