Japanese Spinach/Horenso

200 g

Boiled Egg

1 piece

Smoked Beef

2 slices, thinly slice

How to Make

  1. Boil Japanese spinach in boiling water, add salt. Remove, soak in water, squeeze and cut into lengths of about 4 cm.
  2. Slice boiled eggs. Heat the pan, add enough KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL, then stir-fry the smoked beef until wilted, remove, set aside.
  3. Prepare a plate, arrange all ingredients, and add black pepper and KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL on top of it, serve.
