Cut the spinach into 3 cm long. Separate the bunashimeji mushrooms, and cut the smoked beef into about 1 cm-wide strips.
Boil spaghetti in boiled water that mixed with salt, remove, drain. Make sure to boil it for 1 minute shorter than the instructions on the package.
Heat oil on the frying pan, add smoked beef, bunashimeji mushroom and spinach, cook until a little bit wilted. Add spaghetti and KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL, stir evenly. Lastly, add cooking cream, cook until thickened. Remove, serve with parmesan cheese.
