How to Make

  1. Shave Japanese cucumber with a peeler into ribbon-like strips, sprinkle with salt. Once softened, roll from the edge.
  2. Soak lettuce in cold water, drain, then tear into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Slice avocado into 2–3 mm half-moon pieces, slide and roll into flower shape.
  4. Roll salmon slices into 4 flower shapes.
  5. Arrange the lettuce on a plate, then place cucumber, avocado, salmon, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese. Finally, drizzle with KEWPIE Salad Dressing Caesar.
