Japanese Rice

Nori Sheet

4 sheets, small size

Kyuri/Japanese Cucumber

¼ piece, slice small thick

Red Bell Pepper

¼ piece, slice small thick

Crab Stick

4 pieces, cut into two

Boiled Egg

2 buah, chopped

Vinegar

½ tbsp

Sugar

1 tsp

Salt and Pepper

How to Make

  1. Sushi rice: mix sufficient amount of vinegar, sugar and salt with hot rice. Stir well, set aside.
  2. Egg mayo: mix and mix well KEWPIE MAYONNAIS ORIGINAL and hard-boiled eggs, add pepper and salt.
  3. Spread the nori sheet, take some sushi rice, arrange red pepper, kyuri and crab sticks, add egg mayo on top.
  4. Wrap the sushi filling, shape according to taste, serve.
