How to Make

  1. Boil egg for 8 minutes until half-cooked, soak in the iced water. Peel the eggshell.
  2. Tear the lettuce into easy-to-eat sizes, wash with clean water, drain the water. Cut smoked beef according to taste. Heat olive oil in the pan, stir-fry smoked beef until done.
  3. Put the toasted bread on the plate, spread KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL and then arrange lettuce on top of the bread, smoked beef and parmesan cheese. Add boiled egg that already cut into two, lastly add KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL for the lining and sprinkle parsley. Serve.
