Ingredients

KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL

60g

Ready-to-use Curry Sauce

80g

Ramen Noodle

300g

Chicken Fillet

100g, cut dice

Triangle Tofu with Skin

2 pieces, cut into two

Boiled Egg

1 piece, cut into two

Spring Onion

sufficient

Stock Water

400 ml

Basic Spice:

 

Red Onion

4 pieces

Garlic

2 cloves

Red Chili

1 piece

Red Cayenne Pepper

2 pieces

How to Make

  1. Boil noodle until cooked, remove from the hear, drain.
  2. Mix KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL and curry sauce.
  3. Saute basic spices until fragrant, add chicken and stock water, add mayo mixture, cook until thickened.
  4. Add noodle into serving bowl, add tofu, spring onion, and egg.
  5. Drizzle with curry soup. Serve.
