Broccoli Chicken Nugget with Thousand Island Sauce

A healthy menu ideal for party or a gathering event. Will be loved by children who have problems with eating vegetables.

Broccoli	200g, steamed and well blended
Chicken	250g, minced
Soft Breadcrumbs	50g
Egg	2, beaten
Salt	¾ tsp
Pepper	½ tsp
Dipping Ingredients
Sugar	¼ tsp
Egg White	2
Garlic Powder	1 tsp
Dry Yellow Breadcrumbs	150g
Cheddar Cheese	50g, grated
KEWPIE Salad Dressing Thousand Island	sufficient

Mix and stir all ingredients.
Pour in a rectangular baking dish (size 22x22x3 cm) spread with oil and covered with plastic.
Steam for 30 minutes over medium heat until cooked. Allow to cool.
Cut into pieces approximately 1.5x5 cm.
Dip into dipping sauce. Roll in breadcrumbs.*
Fried in medium heat cooking oil until well cooked.
Serve with KEWPIE Salad Dressing Thousand Island

*) Soft breadcrumbs can be replaced with dry breadcrumbs
