    Smoked salmon can be replaced with fresh salmon or sautéed salmon.

Ingredients

Zucchini 1
Carrot 1
Japanese Red Ginger 50g  
Radish 1
Jicama 1
Pomelo 200g
Smoked Salmon 100g
Green & Red Food Coloring sufficient
KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame sufficient
KEWPIE Salad Dressing Soy Sauce sufficient

How to Make

  1. Thinly slice zucchini, carrot, radish, and jicama.
  2. Add green and red food coloring to jicama.
  3. Decorate all ingredients on a plate with the salmon in the center.
  4. Serve with KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame and KEWPIE Salad Dressing Soy Sauce as dipping sauce.
