Snowman with Vegetable Salad

The quantity of KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL can be adjusted to suit your taste.

Potato Salad:
Potato	500g
Carrot	½, for eyes & lip
Nori	1
Salt & Pepper	sufficient
KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL	100g
Mixed Salad:
Mixed Vegetable Salad	1 pack
Purple Cabbage	50g, thinly sliced
Carrot	1, julienned
Romaine Lettuce	75g
Radish	1, thinly sliced
KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame	sufficient

Wash potatoes, wrap with kitchen paper while still wet, and wrap again with cling wrap. Heat in microwave (800W) for about 6 minutes, then peel the skin and mash with a fork while they are still hot.
Mix mashed potato with 100g KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL, salt and pepper. Cut off thin strips of carrot with peeler for decoration of snowman’s neck, and then cut another part of carrot into circle shapes for the buttons and hat, set aside.
Shape the mashed potato into a snowman’s body and head, decorate with cut carrot and nori, place it on the plate.
Arrange mixed salad and other vegetables around the snowman, pour KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame on it, serve.
