Japanese Bean Sprout 100 g
Shrimp 200 g
Pakcoy 200 g
Red and Green Chili 3 pieces
Chinese Tofu 1 piece, diced
Leeks 1 stick
Garlic 2 cloves
Shallot 4 pieces
Ready-to-eat Large Peanuts Sufficient
Cooking Oil Sufficient
KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame Sufficient

How to Make

  1. Heat cooking oil, saute shallots, garlic, red and green chili until smell good. Add shrimp, cook until the colors changed.
  2. Add KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame, cook until thickened.
  3. Add vegetables, tofu, and leeks, stir well. Cook until all ingredients are cooked, remove from heat. Serve with peanut sprinkles.
