The mix of KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL in scrambled eggs makes it softer even when it’s cold. While KEWPIE SANDWICH SPREAD CHEESE enrich the taste of your sandwich.

Ingredients

Soft Roll or Dinner Roll	2, cut in the middle part
Cucumber	4 slices, sliced in bias
Egg	2 egg
Margarine	1 tsp
KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL	2 tsp
KEWPIE OLESAN SANDWICH RASA KEJU	2 tsp

How to Make

Add the eggs and KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL into a bowl, beat until evenly mixed. Heat margarine in a frying pan, put the eggs, make a scramble*.Remove from heat and set aside.
Spread KEWPIE SANDWICH SPREAD CHEESE on the inside of the bread, then fill with scrambled egg. Add cucumber, serve.

*) As an alternative way of cooking, scrambled egg can also be made by beating eggs and mayonnaise in a bowl, then cover with cling wrap.
Heat using a microwave with 800w power for 1 minute.
