1. Add the eggs and KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL into a bowl, beat until evenly mixed. Heat margarine in a frying pan, put the eggs, make a scramble*.Remove from heat and set aside.
2. Spread KEWPIE SANDWICH SPREAD CHEESE on the inside of the bread, then fill with scrambled egg. Add cucumber, serve.

*) As an alternative way of cooking, scrambled egg can also be made by beating eggs and mayonnaise in a bowl, then cover with cling wrap.
Heat using a microwave with 800w power for 1 minute.
