Salmon Fillet 1 piece (200 g)
Baby Bok Coy 100 g
Shimeji Mushroom 100 g
Onion 1/2 piece, roughly chopped
Garlic 1/2 piece, roughly chopped
Salt and Pepper Sufficient
Cooking Oil Sufficient
KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame Sufficient

How to Make

  1. Cut the salmon into pieces, season with pepper and salt.
  2. Heat the oil, add the salmon, cook until the salmon is cooked on both sides, remove from heat.
  3. Saute onions and garlic until fragrant, add KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame, cook until thickened. Add bok choy and mushrooms, cook until cooked. Finally, add the salmon, mix well and remove from heat. Serve.
