Ingredients

Beef 400g, thinly sliced
Carrot  100g, thinly diagonally
Butter  1 tbsp
Onion ½, thinly sliced
Garlic 2 cloves, bruised
Ginger  2 knuckles, thinly sliced
Spring Onion 1 
Palm Sugar 2 tbsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Stock sufficient
KEWPIE Salad Dressing Soy Sauce sufficient

How to Make

  1. Heat butter, sauté onion, garlic, and ginger, until aromatic, add beef, cook until colour changes.
  2. Add stock, KEWPIE Salad Dressing Soy Sauce, palm sugar and black pepper. Cook until meat is cooked through.
  3. Add carrot, cook until done, mix well.
  4. Just before removing from heat, add shallot, mix well. Remove from heat and serve.
