Beef bacon can be substituted with smoked beef.

Ingredients

Baby Spinach/Japanese Spinach	84 g
King Oyster Mushroom	1 big piece
Boiled Egg	1 piece
Beef Bacon	2 pieces
Lemon	¼ piece
KEWPIE Salad Dressing Caesar

How to Make

Cut the spinach into easy-to-eat sizes. Thinly slice king oyster mushrooms and bacon.
Heat the pan, add mushroom and bacon. Cook until cooked.
Separate the yolk and white of a hard-boiled egg, crush the yolk and chop the white part of the egg.
Arrange spinach, mushrooms and bacon on a serving plate. Sprinkle with egg yolk and white egg.
Drizzle with a squeeze of lemon juice and KEWPIE Salad Dressing Caesar on the top. Serve.
