KEWPIE Salad Dressing Caesar gives a unique blend of eastern and western food, bring a new flavor to pamper your tastebud.

Ingredients

Egg Noodles	200g
Onion	1, sliced thick and long
Garlic	3 cloves, minced
Shrimp	75g, peeled leave tails
Carrot	1, cut on the bias
Broccoli	100g, cut into small florets
Mushroom	100g, halved
Water	200ml
Leek	2, cut on bias
Egg	1
Cooking Oil	2 tbsp, for frying
KEWPIE Salad Dressing Caesar	100ml

How to Make

Boil noodles until half cooked, remove from heat. Put the noodles into mesh skimmer, deep-fried noodle until crispy. Remove from heat, set aside.
Heat oil in a frying pan, put onion and garlic stir-fry until fragrant. Add shrimp, and cook until it changes color. Add vegetables and KEWPIE Salad Dressing Caesar, stir well.
Pour water and cook until boiling. Add the eggs, stir until stringy.
Add leeks,, stir, and pour onto ifumie.
