Ingredients

KEWPIE Salad Dressing Spicy Tomato

150 g

Sweet Soy Sauce

3 tbsp

Vermicelli

250g

Green Mustard

4 sticks, cut

Shrimp

100g, peel the sheel

Squid

100g, cut and shred

Red Onion

3 pieces, thinly slice

Garlic

2 cloves, thinly slice

Spring Onion

1 stick, finely slice

Bean Sprout

100g

Cooking Oil

sufficient

Grinded Spices:

 

Red Chili

5 pieces

Cayenne Pepper

2 pieces

Shrimp Paste

2 tsp

How to Make

  1. Soak vermicelli until soft, drain the water, add sweet soy sauce, stir well.
  2. Saute red onion and garlic, add grinded spices, cook until fragrant, add shrimp and squid, add KEWPIE Salad Dressing Spicy Tomato, cook until all ingredients are cooked and thickened. Add vermicelli, bean sprout and green mustard, stir well.
  3. Heat pan, add a little bit of cooking oil, add egg that already stirred, make scramble egg, remove, add into vermicelli, stir well. Add spring onion, stir again, remove, serve.
