Ingredients

Fish Ingredients
Dory Fish Fillet 1 piece, cut into two
Flour 2 tbsp
Egg 1 piece, beaten
Bread Crumbs 80 g
Cooking Oil Sufficient
Tartar Sauce
KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL 4 tbsp
Boiled Egg 1 egg, chopped
Pickled Cucumber 1 tbsp, chopped
Onion 1/2 tbsp, finely chopped
Parsley 1 tbsp, finely chopped

How to Make

  1. Put the fish in the flour, coat it evenly, dip the fish in the egg, then roll it in the breadcrumbs.
  2. Fry the fish in hot oil until cooked, remove and drain.
  3. Tartar Sauce: Combine KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL with all ingredients, mix well. Serve with fried fish flour.
