Ingredients

Chicken Cordon Bleu :
Chicken Breast Fillet	½, thinly sliced
Smoked Beef	5
Mozzarella Cheese	100g
Salt and Pepper	sufficient
Lemon Juice	sufficient
Chili Flakes	sufficient
Olive Oil	sufficient
KEWPIE Salad Dressing Caesar	sufficient
Mixed Salad:
Green Lettuce	100g
Cherry Tomato	4 slices
Red Capsicum	2

Slice chicken breasts crosswise into two parts, make a cut lengthwise in the side of each part to make a pocket.
Marinate the chicken meat with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Sit in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Stuff the chicken meat pockets with smoked beef and mozzarella cheese.
Heat olive oil in frying pan in low heat, cook the chicken until cooked through, remove.
Arrange chicken on serving plate, drizzle with KEWPIE Salad Dressing Caesar, sprinkle chili flakes on it, serve with mixed salad.
