How to Make

  1. Filling: saute chopped onions and garlic until fragrant. Add beef, cook until it changes color. Add flour, milk and carrots, cook until cooked. Add bean sprouts and spring onions, add pepper and salt, remove from heat.
  2. Take 1 sheet of spring roll skin, add 2 tablespoons of filling. Fold and roll, seal with egg, set aside.
  3. Fry spring rolls until cooked, remove from heat. Set aside.
  4. Cheese mayo sauce: mix and stir well the KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL, parmesan cheese and cooking cream. Add basil leaves, stir well. Serve with spring rolls
