1.Tuna mayo: drain the canned tuna, then mix with KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL / KEWPIE SALAD DRESSING DENGAN KEJU, 3 tbsp. Add a little salt and black pepper, mix well. Prepare the sliced cabbage and carrot in a bowl, add a little salt, and set aside.
2.Heat oil in a frying pan, cook a sunny-side-up egg or to your preference, then set aside.
3.Prepare the bread, spread tuna mayo on the inner side of the bread. Add cabbage, carrot, and egg, then cover with another slice of bread.
4.Heat a pan over medium-low heat. Add a little butter and let it melt. Place the sandwich in the pan, press gently with a spatula so it stays compact. Toast one side until golden brown. Flip the sandwich, add a little more butter if needed, and toast the other side until cooked.
5.Remove the sandwich, cut diagonally if desired, and serve warm.
