Fried Anchovies

Eggs

Lettuce

1/2 large head (±250 g)

Tomatoes

2 small (±200 g)

KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame

How to Make

  1. Boil the eggs in boiling water for about 12 minutes, then remove and soak in cold water until completely cooled. Tear the lettuce into fairly large pieces, soak in water for about 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. Cut the tomatoes as desired. Arrange the lettuce and tomatoes on a serving plate. Slice the boiled eggs as desired and place them on top. Drizzle with KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame, then sprinkle dried small anchovies over the top.
