How to Make

  1. Finely chop the boiled eggs and place them in a bowl. Add KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL, salt, pepper, beef sausage, dried parsley, and chili sauce, then mix well.
  2. Prepare the spring roll wrapper. Add 1.5 tbsp of egg mayo, fold and roll, then seal with egg.
  3. Heat the oil and deep-fry the spring rolls until cooked and golden. Remove and serve.
