    Salad with all-vegetable ingredients, suitable for vegetarians. KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL can be mixed in the batter, to make the tempura crunchier.

Ingredients

Green Lettuce 4 leaves, ripped
Baby Cos 4 leaves, ripped
Cherry Tomato 4 pieces, cut into two
Baby Chickpeas 6 pieces
Carrot 2 pieces, cut lengthwise
Onion ½ piece, cut cross
Tempeh 1/2 piece, cut lenghtwise
Cooking Oil Sufficient
KEWPIE Salad Dressing Soy Sauce Sufficient
Bahan Adonan Tepung
Tepung 150g
Air 300ml
Garam & Lada secukupnya

How to Make

  1. Mix all the batter ingredients, stir well. Set aside.
  2. Prepare baby beans, carrot, onion and tempeh, dip into the batter. Deep fry in heated oil until done. Remove from the heat, strain excees oil.
  3. Arrange lettuce and baby cos and cherry tomato on a plate, put fried vegetable tempura on it. Serve with KEWPIE Salad Dressing Soy Sauce.
