Tomato

Bunashimeji Mushroom

Spring Onion

1 stalk

Egg

KEWPIE Salad Dressing Soy Sauce

KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL

How to Make

  1. Cut the tomato according to taste. Separate the bunashimaji mushrooms from its bottom part. Coarsely chop the onion.
  2. Break egg, add KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL. Mix well.
  3. Heat KEWPIE Salad Dressing Soy Sauce in the frying pan, add half part of spring onion, cook in low heat. After that, add bunashimeji mushroom, cook until a little bit wither.
  4. Add egg, cook for a while, remove to the side of pan. Add the other egg to the remaining space of the pan, after for a while, mix all of the ingredients with egg, stir and cook until cooked.
  5. Put into serving plate, sprinkle with the remaining spring onion. Serve.
