    Chili sauce can be replaced with tomato sauce that suit one's taste. Powdered nori can be added to the mentai sauce for more special taste.

Ingredients

Rice 300 g
Ready-to-eat Beef Sausage 1 piece, cut small
Boiled Egg 1 egg, diced
Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
Nori 3 sheets, cut into half
Cheddar Cheese Sufficient, grated
KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL 70 g

How to Make

  1. Mentai mayo: prepare chili sauce and 70 g of KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL in a bowl, mix well.
  2. Filling: mix sausage, mentai mayo sauce, and cheese. Repeat for the boiled egg filling.
  3. Prepare about 2 tablespoons of rice, put the filling in the middle, shape the rice according to taste.
  4. Wrap onigiri with nori sheet according to taste, serve.
