White Rice

150 g

Sushi Seasoning

18 g

Nori

1 sheet

Smoked Salmon

6 slices

Kyuri

¼ piece, cut long

Chili Sauce

2 tbsp

Tobiko

1 tbsp

KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL

3 tbsp

How to Make

  1. Mentai mayo: mix tobiko, chili sauce and 3 tablespoon of KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL in a bowl, mix well, set aside.
  2. Sushi Rice: mix rice with sushi seasoning, stir well, set aside.
  3. Prepare 1 sheet of nori on top of sushi roller, add rice on top of it, spread evenly. Add salmon on top of it, line up it. And then add kyuri, roll the sushi.
  4. Cut sushi that’s already been rolled, and then add mentai mayo as the topping on top of it. Serve.
