Ingredients

Ready-to-use Mix Salad

½ pack 

Red Radish

1 piece, thinly slice

Carrot

1/8 piece, lengthwidth cut

Tomato

½ piece, thinly slice

Japanese Cucumber (Kyuri)

¼ piece, thinly slice

Wakame

1 tbsp, soak

Tobiko

1 tsp

Salmon Sashimi

5 slices

Japanese Tofu

1 pack

KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame

50 g

How to Make

  1. Wash the vegetables, drain the water.
  2. Slice Japanese tofu into 5 parts.
  3. Mix and stir well mix salad, radish, carrot, and Japanese cucumber.
  4. Prepare serving plate, add mix salad and wakame.
  5. Arrange the tofu and salmon sashimi alternately, pour over KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame, sprinkle with tobiko. Serve.
