How to Make

  1. After wash the potatoes, wrap the potatoes with a dry tissue when they are still wet, then wrap them again with plastic wrap. Heat in the microwave (500W) for 6 minutes 30 seconds, peel and mash with a fork while still hot.
  2. Cut and separate broccoli into small pieces, and boil it in boiling water with salt until cooked, remove and drain.
