Ingredients

Thick White Bread

Curly Lettuce

6 leaves

Red Bell Pepper

Cheddar Cheese

How to Make

  1. Wash lettuce thoroughly, drain the water. Cut red bell peppers and cheese into 1 cm cubes.
  2. Prepare a bowl, mix the eggs with chopped paprika and cheese, milk, and 2 tablespoons of KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL.
  3. Heat a square non-stick frying pan, pour half of the egg mixture, stir and let sit until cooked, remove from heat. After that, make again with the remaining mixture.
  4. Spread one side of each breads with enough KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL, then arrange the eggs on top. Stack 3 pieces of curly lettuce, fold, place on top of the egg. Cover with another bread, wrap in sandwich wrapping paper, cut into half. Repeat for the rest.
