Ingredients

Thick White Open Toast Bread 2 slices
Butter 1 tbsp
Ready to Use Chicken Burger 1 piece, fry
Sliced Cheese 1 slice
Sunny Side Up 1 egg
Carrot 10 g, finely shredded
Cabbage 10 g, finely shredded
Ready to Use Japanese Curry Sauce 2 tbsp
Parsley Powder Sufficient
KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL 3 tbsp

How to Make

  1. Spread bread with butter, bake on a non-stick flat pan until browned.
  2. Coleslaw: mix white cabbage and carrots, add 1 tablespoon KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL, mix well, set aside.
  3. Curry mayo sauce: mix well the Japanese curry sauce and 2 tbsp ORIGINAL KEWPIE MAYONAIS, set aside.
  4. Spread bread with curry mayo, arrange chicken burger, sliced cheese, egg and coleslaw, cover with bread.
  5. Put it in a toast packaging, lined with curry mayo, sprinkle with parsley, serve.
