Ready-to-cook Chicken Katsu

Curly Lettuce

5 leaves

Carrot

½ piece, shred

White Cabbage

2 leaves, slice thinly

Terasi Mayo Sauce

How to Make

  1. Wash the cabbage and carrots thoroughly. Soak them in ice water mixed with salt for 10 minutes. Remove, rinse briefly, and drain well.
  2. Steam the bao buns until heated through, then remove from the steamer. Spread Terasi Mayo Sauce on the inside of each bao bun, then fill with lettuce, chicken katsu, cabbage, and carrots. Serve warm.
