Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast Meat
    200g, cut into small pieces
  • Broccoli 
    200g
  • Red Capsicum
    ¼, thinly sliced
  • Yellow Capsicum
    ¼, thinly sliced
  • Garlic
    1 clove, bruised
  • Onion
    ½, thinly sliced
  • Rice
    200g
  • Cooking Oil
    sufficient, for sautéing
  • KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame
     100ml

How to Make

  1. Heat oil in frying pan, sauté onion and garlic until aromatic. Add chicken, cook until colour changes.
  2. Add KEWPIE Salad Dressing Roasted Sesame, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, and broccoli, stir and cook until done.
  3. Serve with warm rice.
