    Chili sauce can be replaced with tomato sauce that suit one's taste.

Ingredients

Rice 150 g
Mozarella Cheese Sufficient, thinly sliced
Smoked Salmon 50 g
Tobiko 1 tbsp
Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
Nori 1 slice, slice/cut thinly
KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL 4 tbsp

How to Make

  1. Mentai mayo: mix tobiko, chili sauce and 3 tablespoon of KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL in a bowl, mix well, set aside.
  2. Prepare the rice in a container, add 1 tablespoons of KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL and nori. Stir evenly.
  3. Arrange the smoked salmon, then put mozarella chese on top of it. Add the mentai mayo sauce, bake with a blow torch until the color turns brown and the cheese melts. Serve.
